Terrance Shaw, A Plea for a Second Chance

We begin this blog with Terrance Shaw's request for Clemency. In the following posts, Mr Shaw tells his story and why he deserves a second chance. It is an incredible story- A tale of abuse, of Viet Nam service, mental illness, his crime. His efforts at rehabilitation have been constant and after 27 years he asks to be looked at again, to be given a chance to give back to society.
